SyncGallery does not create a SyncGallery user account. The app can connect to Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, and Yandex Disk using OAuth authorization. You can also create local connection profiles for Nextcloud, WebDAV, FTP/FTPS, SFTP, and SMB servers.
SyncGallery does not store your connected-account identity or connection credentials on m-apps.net. Connection records and credentials are stored in the app's private data on your device. The app may send an anonymous installation identifier, diagnostics, and usage data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Removing a connection in SyncGallery deletes its local record. To invalidate OAuth access at the provider as well, review and revoke SyncGallery in the provider's account settings:
For Nextcloud, revoke or delete the app password or token in the server's security settings. For WebDAV, FTP/FTPS, SFTP, and SMB, change or revoke the password, key, certificate, or server account with the server operator if you need to invalidate those credentials.
Because SyncGallery does not create an account on our servers, there is normally no SyncGallery account to delete. You may email us to request erasure of personal data that we can identify as associated with you. Some analytics or diagnostic data may be retained for the period described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.
If you have further questions about data deletion or privacy, please contact: Aliaksandr Kasabutski Email: m-apps@m-apps.net
