SyncGallery – Account & Data Deletion

SyncGallery does not create its own user accounts. Instead, the app connects to external cloud services such as Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive using OAuth authentication.

SyncGallery does not store your identity or account credentials on its own servers. Our servers (m-apps.net) only receive an anonymous installation identifier for usage analytics and app configuration. All tokens and authorization information remain only on your device.

How to remove your account connection

  1. Uninstall the SyncGallery app from your device. This removes all locally stored data and authorization tokens.
  2. Additionally, you can revoke SyncGallery’s access directly in your Microsoft or Google account settings:

Once access is revoked, SyncGallery can no longer connect to your cloud account.
